Check out our rates and special tutoring packages. Students and parents can schedule sessions using our appointment calendar. Feel free to pick a time and package that works best to fit your needs. We offer a free 30 minute consultation for every new student.

• $18 – 30 minute session
• $27 – 45 minute session
• $35 – 1 hour session

*Students may use the time on 15 min, 30 min, 45 min or 1 hour sessions when an online only package is purchased.

Our Privacy Policy

We use Acuity Scheduling to make it quick and easy for students to select and pay for sessions. To process transactions on our site, we use Braintree payments. Please read our privacy policy. When you view or use our site you are agreeing to these terms.

What is your cancellation policy?

Late Policy

The student should be on time to each tutoring session to get the help they need. In the event that the student is running late, the lost time will not be made up.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy is my very best attempt to balance fairness to the student and to myself. Tutoring is a valuable commitment. Showing up to each tutoring session will help the student progress in their learning.  Please let me know about a cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellations may be made by phone: text, call, or voicemail @ 971-245-4620. I will follow-up with you and confirm.

I require a 24 hour notice for a cancellation in order to not be charged for the full session.

If a student does not show up for a session and does not contact me ahead of time, I will charge for the full amount that was originally scheduled.  Excessive cancellations or rescheduling may be reason for ending tutoring services.

If you decide to stop tutoring at any time, all remaining sessions (at least 48 hours in the future) for the month will be refunded to you in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Rescheduling

Students are able to reschedule their own sessions online up to 6 hours before the session time. Alternatively, students can contact me if after the 6 hour deadline.

How do I pay for sessions?

Parents will need to pay upfront to schedule a session. When a session is booked, an email confirmation will be sent. We know life is busy and sometimes things come up. Students can reschedule sessions or contact us to set up a different time.
